Strauss-Kahn motion to dismiss suit rejected - NY Post

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A civil lawsuit against former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn filed by the hotel maid who accused him of sexual assault will go forward, a New York state judge ruled on Tuesday, denying Strauss-Kahn's request to dismiss the case, the New York Post reported.

Reuters was unable to immediately confirm the Post report, which cited court documents.
