Coimbatore,Feb 9 (PTI) Coimbatore District Collector M Karunagaran today handed over solatium of Rs three lakh to the family of an 8-year old boy, who was killed by a leopard a week ago, in Valparai. Chief Minister Jayalalithaa had announced the solatium to the family of Jerine Torino, who was killed by the spotted cat at Muthumudi village The cheque was handed over to Jayakumar, father of Jerine, an official release said here.
