Shirdi, Aug 30 (PTI) The Shri Saibaba Sansthan today sent 37 kg
gold worth Rs 11.4 crore and 516 kg of
silver worth Rs 3 crore to be melted in Mumbai in four vehicles under armed police escort, the trust's executive officer Kiran More told reporters here today. Devotees visiting Shirdi's Saibaba temple often donate gold and silver ornaments to the shrine. Besides the gold and silver already sent to melted, the trust still has 250 kg of gold and 2500 kg of silver in its custody, he said. PTI RSM HVJ BA BSM
