Ranchi, Dec 3 (PTI) The Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantric) today reminded Chief Minister Arjun Munda of his promise of setting up a commission for the displaced people and a CBI probe into alleged coal theft. "The chief minister has announced through newspapers that the government would set up a commission for the displaced, but it has not yet set up," JVM Legislature Party Leader Pradip Yadav said in the state assembly in the presence of Munda. Yadav brought Mundas notice on the latters announcement during the course of the JVM leaders demand for a CBI enquiry into the alleged coal theft in Pakur district and the governments intervention in the 2006 agreement between the Panem Coal Mines Limited and Raj Mahal Pahar Bachao Samiti. Alleging coal was being transported well beyond the sanctioned load in Pakur. the ex-HRD minister charged a company with making ten times profit from the governments subsidised fuel to it. "We demand a CBI probe into it," Yadav said as his party raised in the assembly a plethora of demands surrounding to the 2006 agreement between Panem and the Samiti. PTI PVR RG
