Schools to remain closed for cold wave

Malda (WB), Jan 8 (PTI) All primary and secondary schools in Malda district will remain closed for two days due to the ongoing cold wave in the district. District Magistrate Dr Shrimati Archana said all primary and secondary schools in the district would be closed on January 9 and January 10 for the prevailing cold. The district has been witnessing cold wave since yesterday as the mercury dropped to 6.5 degrees Celsius in the morning. People are remaining indoors during daytime also. PTI COR AMD AMD
