New Delhi, Feb 15 (PTI) Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to India Saud bin Mohammed Al-Saty today met External Affairs Minister S M Krishna and is understood to have discussed bilateral issues. Al-Saty met Krishna at his residence here and the meeting was on for 30 minutes. Though officials described it as a "routine" meeting, it assumes significance in the wake of Saudi Arabia's offer for assistance, including additional supply of crude oil if India needs it. The offer came in the wake of Western sanctions against Iran. India imports oil from Iran, which is its second largest supplier.
