Bundi (Raj), Feb 20 (PTI) An irate mob protesting the death of a man in a road mishap here today pelted stones at a Station House Officer of the district when he came to control the situation, causing severe injuries to him. Police said SHO of Dai police station, Om Prakash Chanodliya has been hospitalised after suffering serious injuries. Chanodliya was attacked when he came to control the crowd at Lhourpura village, who were demonstrating following the death of 30-year-old Kishan Lal who was mowed by a vehicle, said Additional SP N L Pavan. Lal's body has been sent for postmortem, Pavan said, adding further investigation into the matter was on.
