NEW DELHI (Reuters) - At least one woman was wounded in a blast targeting an Israeli embassy car in New Delhi on Monday, an Indian foreign office spokesman said.

Israel's foreign office said bombers had targeted staff at its embassies in India and Georgia, with a bomb going off in New Delhi, but a second device in Tbilisi defused.
