Bhubaneswar, Feb 6 (PTI) Odisha Governor M C Bhandare has convened the budget session of the Odisha Assembly at 11 am on February 21, according to a notification issued by the Parliamentary Affairs department here. "In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I hereby summon the 9th Session of the Fourteenth Odisha Legislative Assembly to meet at 11.00 A.M. on February 21, 2012 in the Assembly Building at Bhubaneswar," Bhandare said. Finance minister Prafulla Ghadai is scheduled to present the budget for the year 2012-13 on February 24. The session is likely to have 29 working days in two phases, sources said. While the first phase is slated to be held from February 21 to February 28, the second phase will be held from March 14 to April 7, assembly secretariat sources said. PTI AAM
