Maoists arrested by police

Sasaram, May 05 (PTI) Three hardcore Maoists were arrested by police from near Kabidi village on Kaimur hill in Bihar's Rohtas district early today, Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj said. In a joint combing operation by Kobra battalian of CRPF and police, the naxalites were captured, Maharaj said. Two rifles, one pistol, several live cartridges, detonators, butt, barrel and a number of naxal litertures were seized from them, the SP said. The naxalites were identified as Bhanu Yadav, Parshuram Oraon and Daroga Yadav who were wanted in connection with several naxal operations, he said. PTI CORR AJK CR
