Aizawl, Feb 13 (PTI) A man was lynched after he hacked his wife to death before others could react at Tlungvel village in Aizawl district, police today said. Kapmawia suddenly charged towards his wife Vanlalthuami (24) with a machet last evening and started hitting her killing Vanlalthuami on the spot, even before shocked neighbours could react. Soon a mob gathered and got hold of Kapmawia and started tharshing him leading to the man's death. A force from Bawngkawn police station reached the spot too late. Post-mortem examination of the two bodies would be undertaken today.
