Magisterial inquiry ordered into Onida factory fire

Dehra Dun, Feb 9 (PTI) The Uttarakhand government tonight ordered a magisterial inquiry into the Ondia factory fire which left nine employees, including a senior official, dead. An order to this effect was issued by Chief Minister B C Khanduri, an official release said. Khanduri asked the district administration to provide Rs one lakh as compensation to all those who were killed in the blaze and instructed the labour department to provide more financial relief to the victims.
