Ranchi, Dec 15 (PTI) A special court today reserved the judgement on a bail plea of former Jharkhand minister Kamlesh Singh, who is in judicial custody since he was arrested on November 30, 2009 on corruption charges. The special court of Prevention of Money Laundering Act would pronounce the judgement on December 21. The court completed the hearing today after Singh moved the bail petition. Singh, who was arrested by the state vigilance bureau on disproportionate assets case during his ministerial tenure between 2005 and 2008, is also booked by ED along with former chief minister Madhu Koda. Besides Koda and Singh, their former cabinet colleagues Bhanu Pratap Sahi, Enos Ekka and Harinarain Rai are in judicial custody. Singh was the water resources minister during Koda regime.
