Ghaziabad, Feb 21 (PTI) The hearing in the Noida Plot allotment scam was today deferred to March 5 as the CBI lawyer did not reach the special court in time. The hearing could not take place because lawyer I D Vaidya was not present in the court of Special Judge S Lal. Noida Development Authority CEO Nira Yadav, who is accused of overlooking rules in allotting plot to co-accused IAS officer Rajiv Kumar, requested for a date keeping the elections in mind. CBI public prosecutor V K Singh was present in the special court during this time.
