GoAir adds seven new daily flights from Mumbai

Budget carrier GoAir today said it will add seven new daily flights from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, Ranchi, Patna and Bangalore from December 21 to cater to the additional traffic expected in these sectors.

With these, the total number of daily flights will touch 82, and weekly flights will go up to around 580, connecting 21 cities, the Wadia Group-promoted airline said in a statement here.

The low-cost airline has also introduced a host of value-added services like web check-in, fog helpline and SMS service to check flights status, it said. GoAir currently operates 11 aircraft and will induct two new Airbus A320s in January and April.
