Gaddi community demands three Cong tickets for upcoming polls

Dharamsala, Feb 13 (PTI) The Gaddi community, rarer of sheep in Kangra district, has demanded at least three Congress tickets in the upcoming Himachal Pradesh Assembly election. "The Gaddi community has been backing the Congress since independence but it has never honoured them by giving a ticket for the Assembly election," community leader Manoj Kumar said. He lamented only two community castes had been given the status of Scheduled Tribe and the rest were ignored. PTI CORR DBR
