Dhubri (Assam), Apr 24 (PTI) Four persons were drowned when the boat they were travelling capsized in the Brahmaputra river near Dhirghat in Dhubri district today, police said. All four victims were workers in a local brick kiln. The bodies of all the four persons were recovered. PTI COR PPB SB PR
