Lakhimpur Kheri (UP), Feb 8 (PTI) Union Minister of State for road transport and highways, Jitin Prasada, today said UPA government is committed towards curbing corruption and starvation. "The proposed Food Security Bill would prove instrumental in curbing starvation," he told an election meeting in his Dhaurehra constituency while campaigning for Congress. Making an appeal to the people to vote for Congress to ensure proper development of Dhaurehra region, Prasad asked voters to discard criminals and corrupt from politics. PTI CORR SAB PG
