Delhi Police, Tihar Jail launch Information Exchange Programme

New Delhi, Dec 7 (PTI) Delhi Police and Tihar Jail today initiated a new project which would help in providing mutual access to their databases. The 'Information Exchange Programme' has been launched jointly by Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar and Tihar Jail Director General Vimla Mehra. This facility will enable Deputy Commissioners of Delhi Police and Superintendents of Tihar Jail to work together and get information that they need for improving their functional efficiency and effectiveness. The 'Information Exchange Programme' has been designed and developed by experts of National Informatics Centre and Delhi Police. PTI SJY PMS
