Kushinagar, Feb 9 (PTI) BJP leader Rajnath Singh today alleged that Congress, SP and BSP were responsible for poor state of affairs, poverty and backwardness of Uttar Pradesh. "Policies of Congress, SP and BSP are responsible for corruption in the state," the former BJP chief said at party meetings in different districts of eastern UP. He alleged that BSP government had failed on all fronts and people were fed up with rampant corruption and crime. The BJP leader alleged that wrong economic policies of Congress-led UPA government had led to price rise and corruption.
