Chennai Police beefs up security

Chennai,Feb13 (PTI) Security has been tightened in the city after an Israeli embassy car exploded close to its diplomatic mission in Delhi today, a top police official said today. "We have increased our vigil in adequate numbers in appropriate places," Commissioner of Police J K Tripathy said. Security was strengthened especially in Gemini Square and Nungambakkam where foreign diplomatic missions were located, another officer said.
