BJP launches internet TV channel

New Delhi, Feb 9 (PTI) To catch the attention of young tech-savvy generation, BJP today announced the launch of "Yuva", an internet TV channel which would telecast programmes, speeches and rallies of the party. BJP's president Nitin Gadkari who launched the channel website here, said "education of the masses was of prime importance". "We will try to spread the views of our leaders and also that of other people who are busy in doing work for the good of the country. We expect a lot of people will use this channel to get informed by our policies and views,"Gadkari said. "Speeches of former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee would also be telecast to inspire us," Gadkari said. Gadkari said a small studio had also been created to hold discussions.
