Bihar's plan size to be hiked
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said the state's plan size would be increased to Rs 28,000 crore during 2012-2013 from Rs 24,000 crore for the current fisal 2011-2012.

Kumar gave this information while addressing a farmers' meet at S K Memorial hall here. One third of the plan size proposed for 2012-2013 would be spent on agriculture with thrust on boosting production and productivity, providing seeds and making available updated farming equipment to farmers, use of bio-fertilizer and arranging better marketing facilities.
