Banned drugs recovered by FDA during raids

Sirsa, Feb 11 (PTI) Banned drugs worth about Rs 25 lakh were recovered during raids conducted by the Food and Drug Administration today on chemists shops in Dabwali town of the district, FDA officials said. At least two truck loads of illegal drugs were seized and over a dozen chemist shops and two godowns were sealed following the raids, the officials said. On the basis of the raids, two persons were booked under various sections of the Narcotics Drugs And Psychotropic Substance Act, they said.
