The magic lamp made in the shape of tortoise was highly appreciated by people who are visiting his stall. The prices of the items at his stall range from Rs 10 to Rs 700. Another major attraction is 'Apna ghar' (own house) which acquaints the visitors with the lifestyle of the people living in rural areas. All those passing by this house cannot resist themselves and they see it and admire it. There is an oxcart in Apna ghar and the foreign tourists make different poses in front of this cart to get themselves photographed. The domestic articles kept in the house clearly show that the house belongs to a simple farmer who earns his livelihood by catching fish besides producing paddy. The house has been prepared by Rajdeep art studio. In the right side of the house there is a temple in which the farmer worships his deities. Oxcart has been placed to its left side. There is a cowshed beside the oxcart. A fishnet has been placed over the cowshed. There is a well for ducks in the rear side of cowshed. The house has a big drawing room which has a portrait of a noted musician, poet and film producer late Bhupen Hazarika. The portrait of Shankardeva, a great saint of Assam hangs on the other wall of the drawing room. The kitchen has been built in the opposite direction of the bedroom. The house also has a granary to store paddy in it. Various agriculture implements which are used in sowing and cultivation of land have also been placed in the house.
