Banka, Feb 4 (PTI) A local court today sentenced three persons to life imprisonment in a murder case in Bihar's Banka district. District and Sessions Judge J K Sinha found them guilty of killing a villager Samri Mandal at Nayagaon in Banka district on November 8, 2008 due to a land dispute. The court awarded life term to the three convicts -- Santosh Mandal, Sanjay Mandal and Pintu Mandal. The court also slapped a fine of Rs 5,000 on each of the convicts.
