Apart from the string of tuned Porsches and the 918 Spyder Concept in Geneva, Porsche also had the 2010 911 Turbo S on display. It's sole purpose is to be quicker, more agile and better in most aspects than the normal 911 Turbo and it goes about doing that by employing close to all the various technologies and systems offered on the options list of the 911 Turbo.

So to cut it short, the Turbo S comes complete with P for Porsche DK (Doppelkupplungsgetriebe), TV (Torque Vectoring), TM (Traction Management) and CCB (Ceramic Composite Brakes) along with the Sports Chrono Package and PSM (Porsche Stability Management).

Individually, the PDK is Porsche's version of a double-clutch gearbox which offers lightning quick gear changes thereby complementing the PTV system whose main aim is to offer safe, precise and agile handling attributes. Porsche Traction Management effectively distributes engine power and the Ceramic Composite Brakes produce effective enough stopping power. So to cut it short again, if you don't have the time to go through the options list of the 911 Turbo, buy yourself the Turbo S.
