Mkts to rally on back of corporate news, good global cues
After a flying start to the week, the market just took the day off yesterday. The midcaps and smallcaps retreated a little bit but today the global cues are good once again. Not enough damage was visible on the screen, so can we pick up the threads and resume the rally once again.

There is a lot of corporate news, which is whirling around as well to which the markets would like to react to. So all in all, it is an interesting day for trade. We have come to the middle of the week with a good start but with a bit of a breather on the second day.
A bit of caution was always good because it was just threatening to run away with a lot of froth and we had two very good days and followed that up with a bit of a break, that is not the bad thing. On the stock future side, there were clear signs of lightning up which is also great, which means that there is still caution in the market and markets have not reached the euphoria stage.
This is usually not associated with the topping out of the market. So nothing that was seen yesterday on the screen is suggestive of the fact that the market is about to make a big U-turn or anything like that. If it consolidates for a day or two, it is fine but this morning should be fine.
We have got some lively corporate news, we have got some good help from the global markets and all of that, would be surprise if the market atleast did not show a little bit of green in the morning.
