Microsoft has declared the date of the launch of Windows Phone 8 as October 29, 2012
There have been widespread rumours that Microsoft would debut its highly anticipated mobile operating system Windows Phone 8 by the end of October. However, no dates were specified by the tech powerhouse as to when we could see it display the upcoming OS in its entirety. Now, a report by WPCentral states that Microsoft has declared the date of the launch of Windows Phone 8 as October 29, 2012.As per the report, the author Daniel Rubino has stated, “It has been speculated for some time now that Microsoft would hold a special press event for Windows Phone 8 to finally show off the OS and sure enough, it has come true. On Monday, October 29th at 10AM, Microsoft will show off to the world their new mobile OS originally codenamed ‘Apollo’.
