BANGALORE: Microsoft will announce the worldwide launch of Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions at Advertising Week 2006 in New York.
In a move that combines the company’s broad set of global advertising products and services into a unified offering for advertisers Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions is designed to connect advertisers with their target audiences across multiple devices including PCs, XBox, web-enabled mobile phones and PDAs.
With Digital Advertising Solutions, advertisers in Asia will now have easier access to Microsoft’s extensive set of network properties and advertising solutions.
Joanne Bradford, Microsoft corporate vice president and chief media revenue officer, said: “Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions is a response to one of advertisers’ key pain points. As today’s consumers spend more time online across various digital devices like mobile phones and video games, advertisers are finding they can no longer reach their entire target audience by advertising on a single medium.
Microsoft is uniquely positioned because of our extensive global audience, high level of consumer engagement, and engaging ad opportunities across Microsoft’s platform and services to connect advertisers with a million different audiences of one. We’re addressing the reality of media fragmentation and enabling advertisers to get back to what they do best, creating engaging and creative ads.”
Talking about the announcement, Rajnish, head of Digital Marketing Revenue and Strategic Business, MSN & Windows Live India said: “Our approach in Asia and throughout the world has always been to provide easy and supported access to world-class service and cutting edge innovative advertising solutions. With Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions, we are making this process easier than ever.”
The Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions brand will be unveiled in Asia at AdTech Shanghai on 18-19 October.
