Google took the lid off its Nexus 7 tablet, which instead of following the high-end device league, chose to satiate the low to mid-range tablet market's taste buds. It is the first device to run the newest Android operating system, Jelly Bean. While there is no concrete confirmation on when the Nexus 7 will hit the Indian markets, an Indian handset player, Karbonn, known for its budget handsets, plans to give us a home brewed taste of a Jelly Bean Smart Tab tablet, which will be priced around 11,000. It will hit Indian markets by September, according to a Karbonn spokesperson. |
