Cisco has announced that the Essar Group has deployed the Cisco Unified Computing System (Cisco UCS) to support the implementation of SAP HANA (High Performance Analytic Appliance). Optimised on the Cisco UCS platform, HANA - along with SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions - brings all of the data within the reach of decision makers in seconds, helps enable innovative new applications, and combines high-volume transactions with analytics.
