Valve prepping Counter Strike: Global Offensive for an August 2012 release date.
Counter Strike: Global Offensive, the (kind of) new Counter Strike game will be available by the 21st of August 2012 for the Xbox360 (Via Xbox Live), PS3 (via PlayStation Network), PC and Mac (Steam will be required for both PC and Mac). All three versions will set you back by around $15.
