Technical Analyst Rajat Bose feels that the overall trend is likely to continue, especially the long term uptrend will persist.

Bose predicts that there might be volatile periods in between as volatility has become quite common.

"There could be volatile periods and they have become pretty much common. We have to live with large open interests positions, so that might induce a lot of volatility," comments Bose.

With regards to the consumer demographics Bose is of the opinion that consumer durables should do well in the coming days and even Pharma which he feels had underperformed is likely to do well this year.Overall he is quite positive on the market.

Rajat Bose observes that, "I also believe that consumer demographic story in India especially consumer durables kind of thing likely to perform well and pharma has been an under performer in the last couple of years, so maybe pharma is going to show up this year and overall I am still positive on the market."
