VK Sharma, Head Private Broking & Wealth Management, HDFC Securities shares his view on Karnataka Bank .
Sharma told CNBC-TV18, "Karnataka Bank is one of those smaller banks which have done well. If you were to find out reasons that why the particular stock is doing well then the only reason you find is technical. Because fundamentally you don't get those signals quite early on, that's a typical sign of a bull market."
He further added, "The options are not liquid here. In Karnataka Bank I am suggesting buying the future if it slightly tumbles maybe at Rs 101 and keep a stop loss of Rs 2 at Rs 99 and hope to sell this with a profit of Rs 4-5."
