SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com is positive on IVRCL .

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "I have been maintaining my positive view on IVRCL Infra largely because the move having initiated by the management of merging the IVRCL assets and then subsequent monetization of the real estate stocks which they have and the best part that they will be extinguishing the equity which is held by IVRCL Ltd in IVRCL Assets."

He further added, "In case of HCC they entire focus is on Lavasa and in fact they are focused on the other projects which may be the core area all along for quite some time has been missing. But for last one month or so in fact we have been seeing that probably having realized that they did this mistake of giving this step motherly treatment to the main business, they are trying to recapture the market share whatever they had in the various segments because last year they have created 4 verticals but we have not seen any kind of happenings or achievements having seen by the company. But if they want to focus again back on those businesses - in fact HCC is the old company may be in the existing for last 50-60 years. So that is really good for the company because obviously you cannot totally rely on Lavasa which is going to be your money guzzler for next couple of years."

"One need to have the operational cash flow which can keep the company running and can give it independent valuations. So this is a good move that they are really focusing on their core strength and trying to capture the orders. In fact in last couple of months this seems to be the 3rd order which the company has got. So obviously a positive and healthy and comforting news for the stock."
