Gautam Vora, Director of ULJK Securities is of the view that Indiabulls Real Estate has target of Rs 183.

Vora told CNBC-TV18, "I think Indiabulls Real Estate is looking pretty strong. The technical indicators on Indiabulls Real Estate are looking good. It is at about Rs 170 right now. We have a target of about Rs 183. HDIL is looking good at this point. We have a target of about Rs 325-330 in the short-term. I think that is very achievable. Also DLF is looking good. We have been recommending it since about Rs 294 or so. We have a target of about Rs 325 on the stock."

He further added, "So real estate in general is looking pretty strong because the stocks haven't moved that much over the last few trading sessions and haven't taken part in rally but they are starting to right now and when real estate moves, it moves in a big way because most of these stocks are high beta stocks and they generally end up outperforming the market when they move."
