**The iGate offer to delist Patni closed on March 30. iGate had set a floor price of Rs 356.74/share in the Patni delisting offer and the company required bids for a minimum of 1.51 Cr shares to go ahead with the delisting process, reports CNBC-TV18

**The Economic Times reported that the New York-based hedge fund, Elliott Management, with a 9.4% stake which is large enough to swing the delisting outcome either ways, has offered to tender its holding at a price of Rs 520/share
