Portfolio Manager, PN Vijay is not bullish on Ranbaxy.
Vijay told CNBC-TV18, "The residual fair value is around current levels. The open offer excitement is not there; the trouble with Ranbaxy is that their globalization plans are getting into some sort of a problem or the other and we have to see what the new owners would do about that. They lost a couple of Lipitor cases recently I think. So we are not that bullish on Ranbaxy, we like the CRAMs part of the pharma sector more.'
