Devangshu Dutta , Consulting Editor at Outlook is of the view that Unitech and DLF both seem to be heading for lower lows.

Dutta told CNBC-TV18, "Real Estate seems to be getting worse at least what I have seen of Unitech and DLF both seem to be heading for lower lows, so I would reckon that those two are reasonable proxies for the entire sector. There is probably still maybe a substantial downside over there. It would be one of the most vitally affected sectors in terms of investment flows as well as in terms of being highly leveraged."
