Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "PTC is a perfect company to take advantage in fact I am holding my positive view on PFC, REC also because they are in the process of consolidation or maybe bottoming out, but the problem with these stocks is, that whenever it starts correcting by about 3 to 4% merely on any negative news coming out form the State Electricity Boards and all that in respect to their defaults or apprehensions of defaults and all that these stocks corrects. In fact there is no comfort and confidence on part of the investors."
He further added, "I don't think that PFC , REC really qualifies as the stocks for short-term. They are very good, taking view of about one year or so and suppose if you get a gain of 10-15% in maybe couple of months, one can exit, but yes, PTC, I am holding quite positive view, for the reason as stated earlier."
