SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com is negative on tyre stocks like Apollo Tyres and MRF .

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "In fact news is seen quite negative; in fact on one hand Apollo Tyres have impact of the rising rubber prices because the kind of volatility we have been seeing if the rubber prices are softening it happens only for very few days or few weeks. It is very difficult for all the tyre companies and apart from this all this anti dumping will be additional burden on the working of the company. So I have not been maintaining a very positive view on all the tyre stocks."

He further added, "If you take the stock of MRF, even that kind of company has not been able to perform except for Goodyear where you have the de-listing news coming in which is very much in the pipeline. I am maintaining my negative view on all the tyre stocks."
