Sharmila Joshi of Asit C Mehta Investments is of the view that stay invested in Avaya Global .

Joshi told CNBC-TV18, "Avaya Global has run up too much in the near-term but this is definitely a stock that you can keep because it is a type of business that I like, they are into providing business communication solutions and the kind of things that they are talking of, they are talking to low cost air lines to provide the integrated voice response system that will help air lines cut cost then you have got this partnership with a Japanese company where they are talking of IP enabled voice response system."

She further added, "So the kind of businesses that they are trying to cater to and the kind of solutions that they are offering seem very interesting and overall the kind of valuations that you find trading at and the kind of numbers that they have given gives really a comfortable sense with this stock. So we have seen a lot of mutual funds also taking an exposure to this stock. So I definitely think that if you have this stock in your portfolio, you should keep it."
