Rajesh Jain of Pranav Securities is of the view that one should stay invested in Adlabs Films for long-term perspective.

Jain told CNBC-TV18, "I would really recommend to the investor that one look at Adlabs as a long-term investment because here is the media company, which is doing very well in each of the segments that it has entered. It has been the undisputed leader of the processing business for films and with the increase in the number of prints that are released for every new film, Adlabs is really been laughing all the way to the bank in terms of the processing business.

He further added, "In the exhibition business it was the one who started it all the multiplex revolution and it is really going from strength to strength, one hopes that it is wider across the country rollout model in terms of exhibition centers in smaller cities also works well. I am not particularly happy about this content foray because we have not seen too many content companies maintained the margin growth over a long period but I guess Adlabs wants to really straddle all segments of the entertainment business and this is another venture there."

"Let us not forget that even in the movie production business, the experience for Adlabs has not been as exciting as perhaps exhibition of film processing and therefore I would really recommend that the investor stay with the stock on a long-term integrated entertainment model rather than buy or sell on developments like synergy or whatever."
