SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com shares his view on Videocon Industries .

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "If you take Videocon Industries oil and gas business, I think it’s very exciting. But for some reason or the other I am unable to understand that why the market is not giving the valuations. The only reason which you can pinpoint is the concerns on the management. I don’t think that the market is too comfortable and in spite of the company having initiated a move to hive off the oil and gas and the electronic business separate, I don’t think that the prices which generally we see an upsurge remain sustaining in case of this stock."

He further added, "So once the restructuring happens, once the company gets bifurcated in two parts and then probably one take a call on the oil and gas sector, but I think huge concerns on the management remain and that is what is seen reflected into the share price."
