SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com shares his view on Gati .
Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "Gati, if one see in the month of December there was a foregone conclusion or the unanimity that probably the company will default on it's FCCB and because of that we have seen the share correcting to as low as close to about Rs 25, but thereafter the things have improved. They have been able to raise money to repay that old liability and if you see the business model of the Gati, I don't think that there are any concerns, the kind of they have in the sea shipping as well as in their land business."
He further added, "Overall their logistic business has been doing very well. In fact this problem of the lower profitability or maybe I think there has been more of a temporary phenomena and if you see the management structuring or the corporate governance issue, I think that is extremely of the very good order and of a very comforting things. So, this is because of the hammering, which we have seen in many other stocks like Suzlon , IVRCL or maybe the GMR Infra where we have seen a bounce back of 60-100%, the similar pattern is seen here also because I don't think that anyone has any doubts on their business model, it was more of the FCCB liability fear and the concerns as of the limited or the present concerns on it's profitability."
