SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com shares his view on BGR Energy .
Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "BGR Energy management has indicated quite a comforting word, but when you see the news that NTPC has deferred the order for Rs 34,000 crore that implies that 12-13 super critical plants of 660 megawatt probably that applies to all. So it may not be in respect to the one or two projects because you cannot have more than two super critical projects coming up at one location."
He further added, "Since Mr. BG Raghupathy has said that this is in respect to the land acquisition and once that will get over probably the order can get released by March by NTPC to the BGR Energy. Honestly I am not prepared to believe that kind of things. Again it's a big process and the kind of controversy which we have seen NTPC having gone through these kind of orders, litigations in the court and all that and in respect to a PSU company I won't be taking positive comfort from the submissions just now made by the BGR Energy. So probably things are going to linger on for quite some time from hereon and I have my apprehensions that it will come through by 31st March or at least in the month of March."
"In case of BHEL again the disinvestment news also will play a big role and obviously as I said that equally negative for L&T as well as BHEL because even BHEL had been recipient because I think there were about 11 super critical plants of about 660 megawatts each and this has been shared maybe four bit by BGR and like this and three ultimately by BHEL. But since BHEL has a longer pipeline they have the order book quite large. But this will be more impacting the companies like BGR Energy and all sorts of things."
