Short Tata Steel, Hindalco: Sukhani

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, “A stock like Orchid Chemicals , was suggesting that it is finally bottoming out. It has broken down today, we do not know the reasons, these are midcap stocks that you should be selling. This is an example for the stock that I am looking at to go short on Monday.”

He further added, “We would go short on metals because at least sugar gave a signs of life when it had a significant rally but metals did not do that. Their rallies were the shortest of all the large sectors. And some of the big ticket metal stocks have bearish patterns that haven’t completed their targets; they are just on the way for example Tata Steel, even Hindalco. So metals would be the place to be short."
