Investment Advisor SP Tulsian is of the view that one can sell Teledata Informatics .

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "If you see, Teledata Informatics has released big advertisement saying that they are in the top six companies but I am unable to understand that they have not mentioned the name of Tech Mahindra, they have said that they have surpassed Tech Mahindra. In fact, the market behaviour of the stock price moment also has been quite erratic; you have a low of below Rs 10 in the last fifty-two week and now the share after fifty-two week high at around more than Rs 75."

He further added, "Definitely, you cannot really take a call because we have seen in the past, the performance of many companies getting recorded in the similar way. So you have a question on the credibility and when you see the advertisements of the company, they talk more of the market momentum issues rather than financial performance in that big ad. Nowhere they have tabulated the financial performance, merely projecting them in the graph form for sales and net profits. So definitely, you cannot give a credibility to all these things."

"Recently they have also restructured the company, they are hiving into the marine, technology and a third company also for which the shareholders will be given shares with the proportion of one, half and half in all these three companies. So these all things leads to reach on a conclusion that the promoter's focus is more on the market momentum rather than the fundamental. Definitely, I am not saying that fundamentals are not supporting this one."

"If one wants to really take a trading call because fundamentals are not justifying these kinds of price, so if one wants to take a trading call, they can definitely exit. We might see a fall from these levels, so my advice is clear sell at these levels and one can again re-enter at lower levels of about Rs 60 or maybe Rs 50."
