Sell Sobha Developers, says Kamlesh Kotak

Kotak told CNBC-TV18, "We recommend a sell on Sobha Developers. The company's Q1 numbers were disappointing, which we see further deteriorating going forward. The outlook for real estate sector is uncertain as well as the macro headwinds in terms of local and global uncertainties will play on the stock. We see the stock is heading towards Rs 230 levels and hence recommend a sell on the stock."
